This young boy is a bundle of positive traits -- sweet, friendly, curious, gentle, smart, playful, energetic, loyal, cuddly, shy, goofy and funny.

Harper is a 2yo French bulldog mix at 45 lbs. Neutered, vaccinated, microchipped.
He loves to go on leashed walks, especially if he can carry along a toy in his mouth.
He gets along with other dogs and has not reacted to cats or other animals on walks.

Harper is always a high-spirited wiggly boy eager to engage happily with people. His sweet demeanor and friendly nature make every day brighter!

Sadly he had a rough start in life. He ended up in a pound not once but 3 times being betrayed. Yet he maintained his joyful spirit and hopes that 3rd time is a charm!
