DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Bella
Bella is a 2-year-old foxhound with lots of energy and a love for running, playing, and sniffing everything in sight. She's funny, observant, and always ready for her next adventure. As a rescue, Bella can be a little shy at first, but with patience and kindness, she warms up into a sweet and loyal companion. She would do best in an active home that will give her time to feel safe and build trust.
If you're looking for a playful, loving dog and are willing to go at her pace, Bella could be your perfect match.
Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.
Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
Foster Program: Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.
