Huey - Fox Terrier and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Fall River, Massachusetts

Frankly, we're not even sure what to say about this creature.

How can something look like a puppy but an elderly human man at the same exact time? This creature looks like he walked to school uphill both ways in the snow wearing cardboard shoes back when a loaf of bread cost a quarter but also looks like the plucky, loyal companion from a fantasy novel. I don't even know. I just...don't know.

This is Huey.

Huey is...a yorkie mix, maybe. Probably. He's just over 8lbs, he's 80% ears and 20% beard, and he's a younger guy at about two years old.

Huey came to as a stray so he is literally a mystery. We don't know where he came from, we don't know who he came from, no one ever called for him, he just...appeared one day.

He is, as you would imagine, an absolute GOOBER. He still thinks that hands are toys and he'll full on roll onto his back with your hand in his mouth and kick his little legs everywhere like a tiny kangaroo. He LOVES to play with people but doesn't have much interest in actual toys. He's good on a leash and coexists pretty peacefully with other dogs but doesn't have any desire to be all up in their business. We haven't officially tested him with cats yet but don't anticipate there being any issues beyond him potentially being bullied by a cat. We would prefer kids 10+ because he is mouthy but also tiny and fragile.
