Louise!

This handsome boy is a 3 year old flat coat retriever mix. He currently weighs around 60lbs.

Louise made the long journey from Texas as a puppy 3 years ago. His current owner is being stationed over seas, and facing the unfortunate circumstances of having to rehome his best friend. He’s had nothing but wonderful things to say about him.

Potty trained, crate trained, knows basic commands- sits, shakes, lays down, stays, fetch’s his toy.
He lived with a cat for 8 months, and then some elderly cats for another few months, never having issues with any of the cats. He is also currently living with a shitzu, and they are good friends. So small/big dog, and cat friendly.
He LOVES to play with other dogs, but still needs a little guidance/more socializing to pick up on some dog etiquette. He’s just so excited about life, and is always ready for a good time!

Louise has your typical lab demeanor, sweet, happy go lucky, loves everyone he meets- he has young energy, which is perfect for someone looking for an active companion! He’s ready for whatever adventure you are wanting to go on, He absolutely loves going into the woods and going for hikes!

With consistency, and a little training, Louise is just about ready to be someone’s perfect dog! He would make an amazing adventure buddy, or a great family dog! He’s such a good boy, and is ready to find his forever people!
