Lux - Flat Coated Retriever and Australian Shepherd Dog for Adoption in Fort Lupton, Colorado

Meet Lux—a handsome, possibly a black-coated retriever–Border Collie mix with a heart as big as his smile. At almost 9 years old, Lux is the perfect blend of mellow and affectionate. He absolutely loves people and has spent time around children, taking it all in stride with his gentle, friendly nature.

Lux recently returned to the rescue after eight years through no fault of his own, arriving with his buddy Gypsy and another canine friend. Despite the change, he's shown what a resilient, good boy he is. He's kennel-trained, and we believe he may be house-trained as well. He's also neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines—ready to go home.
