Hi I'm Chocolata! It takes me a little bit to warm up to people, but once I know you, I am your best friend! I love my person and love being at their side. I think I'd do best with a family who has another pup or will be around a lot because Velcro is my middle name, you see. I enjoy playing with the dogs in my foster home. I've only been in my foster house for a week but these are some things I've learned: crates are for sleeping and I do very well in one at night. No accidents and I sleep through the night. "Let's go to bed" is my cue for bedtime and for the most part, I run right into my cozy crate! I've learned to go up and down stairs and am working on my potty skills. I'm not quite potty trained yet but I do often tell my foster mom when I need to go potty by alerting at the back door. My favorite place is at my person's side, and I love snuggling on the sofa. I have a couple of favorite toys and will sometimes carry them around. My foster mom says really cute. I've ridden in a car recently and that was kind of scary, but I'm sure I will get used to it and be the perfect little passenger.
