This affectionate, playful boy is happiest when he's surrounded by friendswhether that's wrestling with his sister in the yard, playing with the resident dog, or hanging out with his favorite humans. Fonzie has never met a stranger and approaches life with a friendly, easygoing attitude that makes him a joy to have around.

When the excitement winds down, Fonzie is just as happy relaxing in the shade next to his foster mom, chewing on a favorite toy, or curling up beside his person for a nap. He loves being part of the family and likes to keep his humans close.

He gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and everyone he's met so far. He especially adores his human toddler foster sister and has already been learning how to be gentle around children. He's a smart pup who is picking up new skills quickly and already knows commands like "sit" and "kennel" (especially when treats are involved).

He is currently crate trained and working on house training. Like any young puppy, he'll need continued guidance and consistency as he learns the ropes, but he's eager to please and loves learning.

Fonzie is the kind of dog who can spend the afternoon wrestling in the yard and the evening curled up right beside you. He LOVES his puppy pool and would relish in a home where he can have one in the back yard, along with a fence to keep his playtime safe.

Fonzie would thrive with an active family that enjoys including their dog in everyday life. He would love a canine playmate but would also be happy as the center of attention. He would love a pool and fenced yard so he can enjoy a place to run, explore, and burn off some puppy energy.

Fonzie is an English Pointer/Retriever mix who was was born approximately 2-6-26. He is neutered, age-appropriate vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and given a 3-month dose flea/tick preventation. Adoption fee is $575 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
