Jasper is a 3 year old male from South Carolina who came to the shelter as a stray. He had a BB bullet in his ear that was successfully taken out. He can be a bit flinchy and timid at first, but warms up quickly. He is also good around other dogs. He is negative for HW, and is not neutered. Please help him find a home.
