Harvey, along with Max, were dumped and landed in a rural Georgia shelter and are on limited time. Harvey is said to be sweet but a bit timid. Harvey will need to be neutered once he arrives in foster care but is heartworm negative. We do not know how he is with cats or children at this time, but he does seem to do well with other dogs. Please consider fostering Harvey.
