Can we get a patient medical foster for Igor? (Las Vegas, NV only)

Igor is just 4 years old and came to us in terrible condition. His nails were long including some growing into his paw pads, he has such awful chronic ear infections that his ear canals are swollen shut - he may be deaf and may need TECA surgery. He also struggles to breathe and may need BOAS in the future. He is currently vaccinated, microchipped, and scheduled to be neutered. Igor does get along great with kids and other dogs - but does like to try and play (and tires out easily). He's on multiple medications and will need a foster who can bring him to future vet appointments. We supply all food, fostering supplies, and veterinary care.
