Isabella is an adorable 8-month-old sweetheart who's ready to find a family to call her own! This lovable girl has never met a stranger-she's incredibly friendly, enjoys the company of other dogs, and is always happy to make new friends.
Isabella is learning what it's like to be in an home for the first time is a young puppy at heart. She's discovering all the fun (and rules!) that come with being part of a family, so she'll need a little patience and guidance as she continues to learn. Her playful puppy personality shines through, and she's eager to explore the world by your side.
She does have a Grade 4 heart murmur, but that doesn't stop her from sharing endless love and affection. She's looking for a compassionate adopter who will cherish her for the wonderful dog she is and help her continue to thrive.

As a puppy, I am required to go to training within 90 days of my adoption with a certified trainer.

Old Dominion Humane Society (ODHS) Adoption Process
- Complete our Adoption Survey on the Adopt page of our website at https://www.olddominionhumanesociety.org/adoption-survey to expedite the process and arrange a meet-and-greet. Expect a response within about a week; please check your spam folder. As we're 100% volunteer-run, your patience is appreciated!
Requirements And Donations
- Required Adoption Day Items: A martingale collar and a non-retractable leash (available for purchase at ODHS).
- Adoption Donations: Puppies (under 1 year): $375; Adults: $275; Seniors (age-dependent): $175; Select dogs: $500. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.
- Adoption Radius: Within 350 miles of Fredericksburg, VA. A $50 out-of-state fee applies.
- Breed Identification: Dogs are listed as "Mixed Breed" unless formal documentation is available.

- Visit our adoption center at 3602 Lafayette Blvd, Fredericksburg, VA 22408 during adoption hours: Wednesday 5-7 PM; Friday 6-8 PM; Saturday 10 AM-4 PM.
