Dottie absolutely loves other dogs and is always ready to play. She seems happy to make friends with just about any pup she meets, which makes her such a fun girl to have around.

She was never picked up by her owner, and because of that she can take a little time to warm up to someone new. But once you show her kindness and patience, she turns into a loving, affectionate girl who wants to be close to her people and soak up all the attention she can get.
