Hi, I’m Sandy! I may be a little shy when meeting new people, but once I know you’re safe, I become the sweetest and most loyal little shadow you could ever ask for. I absolutely adore my people and one of my favorite things in the whole world is curling up on the bed beside my foster mom at night for cozy snuggles and sleep.

I’m playful, goofy, and full of personality. I love other dogs, stuffed animals, and carrying toys all around the house like prized treasures. My very important specialty? Removing the eyeballs from stuffed toys first. It’s serious business, obviously. I’m also known for giving tiny little toe nibbles when I’m feeling extra affectionate and playful.

I’m housebroken, smart, and a little bit independent too. My foster mom jokingly calls me an “escape artist,” but really I just like hanging out in the front yard waiting for her to come home and let me back inside because home is my favorite place in the world.

Once you earn my trust, I become deeply loving and devoted. I’m looking for a patient and kind forever family who will appreciate my sweet heart, silly personality, and loyal companionship.
