Because we are all volunteers, Illinois Doberman Rescue Plus only considers approved applicants to meet our orphans in our foster homes. Cholo is an 8-month-old red Doberman puppy who was sadly surrendered to Chicago Animal Care & Control for reasons unknown. We just scooped this guy up and he will need a foster or adoptive home after his vetting is complete. He is cropped but was not properly posted so his ears do not stand.
