DESCRIPTION
These adorable pups were born here at the shelter. We know Mom is a Doberman, but we didn't get to meet Dad so we're unsure what they are mixed with. The litter was a total of 9, with 5 boys and 4 girls. They are growing fast and are securely in the puppy phase. They love to chew and tug on anything they can get their little teeth on! After playtime though they are the best little snuggle buddies. Often times they are found in a puppy cuddle puddle together! These precious babies are ready to find their forever homes!
Come meet this fur baby at 371 Long Creek in Sunnyvale Texas, Monday through Friday 10 to 4. For more information call 214-862-4525 or email Tammy.drake@townofsunnyvale.org.
ABOUT: DOBERMAN PINSCHER DOG BREED
The Doberman Pinscher is a sleek, powerful breed known for its loyalty, intelligence, and protective nature. Developed in Germany in the late 19th century by Louis Dobermann, this breed was initially bred for guard duty but has since become a beloved companion and a skilled working dog in various fields. With a distinctive appearance, including a lean body, cropped ears, and a docked tail, the Doberman Pinscher is an energetic and trainable breed that excels in activities such as obedience, agility, and scent work. Its distinctive appearance, combined with its fearless yet affectionate temperament, makes the Doberman Pinscher a popular choice for experienced dog owners seeking a devoted and versatile companion.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
