Hi, I'm Geraldine!

I'm a 4-year-old long-haired mini dachshund mix looking for a calm and loving forever home. I can be a little shy and nervous when I first meet new people, but once I feel safe, I become the most loyal little companion you could ask for.

I'm the kind of girl who picks her person and sticks by their side forever. I may not always want to be held or cuddled, but I'll happily follow you from room to room like your tiny shadow. I love being near my people while still giving everyone their space - it's my special way of showing love

I'm fully crate trained, potty trained, leash trained, and house trained, so I settle into a routine very nicely. I enjoy walks, relaxing around the house, and finally getting the one-on-one attention I didn't always have before coming into rescue.

My ideal home would be a quieter home with older children or adults who understand that trust takes a little time. Once I bond with you, though, I'll be your devoted best friend for life.

Adoption FEE: $500 which includes her spay, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals.

A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption. All Dogs / Puppies / Cats / Kittens are up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, flea/heart worm prevention, and are microchipped prior to adoption. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there may be a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home.

Adoption fee - Along with the individual animals vetting and daily care costs, the adoption fee helps Mercy Full Project cover additional vet bills, maintain their facility, and cover the cost of their operations in order to rescue more animals in need.
