At just 3 months old and weighing in at a tiny 4 pounds, Cosmo may be little, but this boy has already proven that he is absolutely mighty.

Just one month ago, Cosmo weighed only 2 pounds and was fighting for his life after being diagnosed with parvo. This tiny little fighter kicked parvo to the curb and made a full recovery. Cosmo didn't let something as serious as parvo stop him from showing the world exactly what he's made of.

Today, Cosmo is loving life in his foster home and being treated like the little prince charming he is. And judging by his personality, he knows exactly how special he is.

Cosmo loves everyone he meets. He is playful, affectionate, curious, and always ready to enjoy whatever adventure the day has in store. He loves playing with his toys and even enjoys his daily walks in his stroller with his foster mom. At just 4 pounds, he may not need to walk very far to have a big adventure, but he certainly doesn't want to miss out on anything.

He is available to go to a loving home through a foster-to-adopt arrangement, allowing him to begin bonding with his forever family while he waits for his neuter appointment on September 14th. Once his neuter is completed, his adoption can officially be finalized.

All C.A.R.E. rescue dogs are vaccinated, heartworm tested, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. So all you need to provide is the love.

Our adoption fee is a minimum $150 tax-deductible donation. All donations are used for rescue and medical care of animals in need.
