River - Dachshund Dog for Adoption

River is a 5 month old purebred Dachshund. She has been spayed and is up to date on all of her vaccines , stool checks and heartworm preventative.
River is a sweet girl who is a bit wary of strangers at first but warms up quickly.
She loves to play with toys and is good with other dogs , but may chase cats.
River will need a refresher on leash and house training.
I'm looking for a loving patient couple or individual without small children that will take very good care of this little lady for her whole life.
A secure fenced yard and veterinary reference are an absolute must to adopt River. Absolutely no invisible fences or tie outs.
Her adoption fee is $625.
