Tripp - Dachshund Dog for Adoption in North Port, Florida

Meet Tripp, professional toy destroyer and full-time shadow. Wherever you are, he's right at your feet. That's how he got the name, and he'll happily trip you to prove it.
Tripp was born with two tiny eyes, and one had to be removed because it wasn't functional. He can't see much, and he doesn't seem to know it. He plays hard, runs happy, and tears through a stuffed toy like it owes him money. He's silly, high energy, and thrilled by pretty much everything.
He gets along great with other dogs and cats. What Tripp wants most is his person: someone who'll toss him a toy, let him sit on their feet, and keep the furniture rearranging to a minimum so he can learn his space.
