Beauty is a playful, affectionate girl who opens up quickly and is more than happy to make herself comfortable in your lap.


She loves giving kisses and playing with all kinds of toys, especially the squeaky ones. She tends to be gentle with her toys at first, but once she finds a loose thread or uncovers a hint of stuffing, it's snow-globe time!


Beauty has a strong prey drive and loves to chase squirrels, balls, toys, and anything else that catches her eye. On walks, she's confident and curious. She'll stop to watch people, bikes, and other interesting things pass by, but so far she's been content to quietly observe rather than bark at them.


She saves most of her commentary for when she thinks you really ought to be able to read her mind. Beauty does her best to convey her thoughts through intense eye contact and a series of pitiful little woos until you figure out what she's trying to tell you.


Around the house, Beauty is already a pro at stairs and settles nicely into her kennel at night (after a few minutes of rightful protest). She's also quite dainty when it comes to food: she takes treats gently, eats at her own pace, and doesn't seem inclined to overindulge.


Beauty still has some puppy energy and appreciates plenty of playtime throughout the day, but she's just as enthusiastic about settling in for cuddles afterward. She bonds closely with her people and would thrive in a home where she can get plenty of attention, affection, and time with her humans.
