Louie is a 5 year old male long haired dachshund born 2/28/21. Louie was neglected for 5 years. He was tied in the yard or on the driveway and kept in a room with very little interaction. He needs an experienced adopter who can work with him. We believe he would do well worth a male owner. He needs a large yard to run in to burn off energy. He has a very long back and should not be in a home where he has to go up and down stairs.
