Dachshund Dogs Available for Adoption in Ladson, South Carolina

Marley came into rescue as an owner surrender and made himself right at home with his foster parents, claiming a coveted spot on the couch that upset the apple cart a bit with the resident dogs.

We don't believe Marley is full dachshund but have no idea with what he may be mixed. Most likely its something small, since he is small for a Dachsund. He is about 2 yrs old, confident, friendly, and gets along with other dogs and new people. He loves to be held and snuggled. He has not been cat or kid tested.

WE ONLY ADOPT WITHIN A 2 HOUR RADIUS OF THE TRICOUNTY AREA. ***Exceptions may be made for seniors or hard to place dogs.

If the animal is under the age of 3 years old or has health issues, a vet reference is required, which means you must own a pet or have owned a pet in your name.

ADOPTION FEE of $465 covers all vetting including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and any other medical that may be required while in rescue. Please do not ask us to reduce adoption fees since all fees help us cover medical expenses for all of our animals, some of which can be very expensive. Saving lives is not cheap, so thank you for understanding and helping us save as many as possible.

We only do adoptions on Saturday, and not all animals are able to attend. If you would like to see a specific animal, please let us know via email and we will try to accommodate. However, we cannot guarantee the animal will be at the event without an approved application. Event locations do vary so please check the homepage or our
