Persephone - Dachshund Dog for Adoption in Indianapolis, Indiana

Persephone is a unique little lady with a big personality packed into a short, adorable frame (around 30 pounds)! At around 2-3 years old, she has plenty of playful energy and loves running around the yard, soaking up all the fun.

Though she may be small in stature, Persephone makes up for it with her goofy charm and loving nature. She's incredibly cute, sweet, and sure to bring lots of smiles with her silly personality.

Persephone is still learning about other dogs, as she hasn't had much socialization in the past. Because of this, she will need slow, thoughtful introductions to canine friends. The good news is she's already starting to understand and feel more comfortable around other dogs, and she continues to make progress.

Persephone is looking for a patient, loving home that will help her continue to build confidence while giving her plenty of love, playtime, and belly rubs.
