Scrabble *Available Soon* - Dachshund and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Dover, New Hampshire

Hi, I'm Scrabble! I'm a 4-month-old mix with a lot of puppy curiosity and a heart full of love - I'm already neutered and ready to grow with you. I do great with other dogs, and I *may* be okay with cats, so I'm flexible about my furry siblings. I'm still learning about the world and would thrive in a patient home where we can explore together.

The dachshund is a small dog breed known for its long body, short legs, and distinctive appearance. Originally bred for hunting badgers, these playful and loyal dogs make loving companions for families. Dachshunds come in three coat varieties smooth, wirehaired, and longhaired each with its own unique charm. Despite their size, dachshunds are bold and courageous, with a curious nature that can sometimes lead to mischief. Their endearing personality and adaptability make them popular pets worldwide.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
