TOMMY: Dachshund Mix • Neutered Male • 5 Months Old • 12 Pounds

TOMMY is a playful, friendly, and affectionate little boy who loves making friends and having fun. He gets along well with other dogs and has a happy, outgoing personality. He is not destructive and enjoys being close to his people, going for car rides, playing with toys, and getting lots of cuddles. But what Tommy loves most of all is PLAYING! He would make a wonderful companion for an active family looking for a fun-loving puppy.

Tommy and his siblings were rescued from a hillside after a cruel and irresponsible person abandoned them there while they were still tiny puppies. A kind hiker heard their cries coming from inside a cardboard box, rescued them, and reached out for help. Thankfully, Tommy and his siblings are now safe and ready to begin the next chapter of their lives.

Tommy is hoping to find a loving forever family where he can grow up surrounded by love, care, and plenty of playtime.
