NASH

Dachshund, Wirehaired Terrier
🇺🇸
Battle Creek, Michigan
June 6th
male, small, young

DESCRIPTION

Nash

Nash is a Male Wirehair Dachshund mix
DOB: June of 2025
Adoption fee: $175

I am a very sweet boy; I currently weigh around 25 pounds. I am a little shy with new people, but I warm up pretty quickly. I am only one year old, and I have already tested positive for heartworms. I am very healthy otherwise and have begun treatment. I seem to love other dogs. Pending a meet and greet, I should do well with another dog in the home. I have not been tested with cats at this time. I would prefer a home with a fenced yard. I may require it pending your location, previous experience, and/or other plans for containment.

I may be okay in a home with older children, 12+. I would prefer a home with a good routine, something a bit more laid back and predictable. I am new to rescue, so they are still learning who I am and what I like.

If you are interested in me and would like more information on my heartworm treatment and condition, you can either submit an adoption application or call during hours of operations, both information can be found on our website. www.hsscm.org
