This 1.5-year-old Dachshund/Terrier mix is a walking bundle of charm, complete with short little stubby legs and tall ears that stand straight up like tiny antennas tuned into every exciting thing around her. She has a look that's impossible to forget and a personality that's even better.

Sasha is a sweetheart through and through. She absolutely loves attention and never turns down the opportunity for extra pets, scratches, or quality time with her favorite people. Being loved is one of her favorite hobbies, and she's very good at it. When it comes to walks, Sasha has one important mission: sniff absolutely everything. Every blade of grass, every leaf, and every interesting scent deserves a thorough investigation. She approaches each walk like a detective on a very important case, happily taking in the world one sniff at a time.

Sasha gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and kids, making friends easily wherever she goes. She has a happy, easygoing personality that makes her a joy to be around and the kind of companion who fits naturally into family life. With her adorable stubby legs, sky-high ears, and lovable spirit, Sasha has a way of making people smile without even trying. All of our dogs are rescued from kill shelters in SC + GA and once ready for adoption live in loving local NJ foster homes until they find forever families of their own.
