Rookie is a sweet, affectionate boy who's looking for a calm home where he can truly relax and be himself. His favorite place is right next to his people, whether that's cuddling on the couch or watching reality TV together. If you happen to have a few Cheetos, pretzels, or a little cheese to share, you'll quickly become his favorite person!

Rookie has strong herding instincts, and in his previous home he became overwhelmed when things got loud, exciting, or chaotic. Because of this, we believe he would do best in a quiet, adult-only home with a predictable routine and no children.

Don't let that fool you-Rookie is a loving, loyal companion who has so much affection to give. He just needs a family that understands his needs and can provide the calm environment where he'll feel safe and comfortable.
