Cherry came to us as a stray, so we don't know much about her life before she arrived. But this sweet girl is ready to leave her past behind and start a brand-new chapter with a family of her own.

Named after Cherry from The Outsiders, she's hoping someone will look past the shelter kennel and take the time to get to know the dog waiting inside.

Cherry's story is still being written - and we'd love for the next chapter to begin with "she went home."
