Meet Minnie, a beautiful 8-year-old purebred Coonhound weighing 42 pounds who is looking for a forever home to call her own. Minnie has a gentle, easygoing personality and enjoys life's simple pleasures: leisurely walks, plenty of scratches, and all mealtimes! She has never met a stranger and gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and people alike. Whether she's accompanying you on a walk or relaxing nearby soaking up affection, Minnie is happiest when she's spending time with her favorite humans.

Minnie is currently receiving treatment for heartworm disease and is doing well. Her dedicated foster family plans to care for her through the completion of her treatment, which is expected to be toward the end of October. We're hopeful that by then, Minnie will be ready to transition into the loving forever home she so deserves.
