DESCRIPTION
Meet Mack!
Mack is a 2.5-month-old little sweetheart who is ready to find his forever family through Castoff Pet Rescue!
Mack's mama came into our rescue and had her puppies while in our care, and now this adorable boy is ready to start the next chapter of his life.
Mack is super sweet, smart, and loves everyone he meets. He has a wonderful, friendly personality and is the kind of puppy who will happily make friends wherever he goes.
His mom is a hound mix, and we think his dad may have been a Lab. Based on his current size and mix, we expect Mack to grow to approximately 40-45 pounds full grown.
He's still just a baby, so he'll need a family ready for all the fun, learning, puppy antics, and love that come with raising a young pup. We think Mack is going to make an amazing companion and can't wait to see him find the family he's been waiting for.
If you think Mack could be the perfect addition to your family, he'd love to meet you!

ABOUT: COONHOUND DOG BREED
The Coonhound is a versatile and athletic breed known for its exceptional hunting abilities and loyalty. With a strong sense of smell and impressive tracking skills, Coonhounds are often used for hunting raccoons and other game. This breed is friendly, outgoing, and makes a devoted companion for an active family. Coonhounds come in different varieties, including the Black and Tan Coonhound, Redbone Coonhound, and Treeing Walker Coonhound, each with its own unique characteristics and qualities.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
