- Please note: The location listed in an animal's profile does not indicate where the animal is available for adoption. Almost all of our adoptions are carried out at our Morton Grove facility.

The adoption center is located at 5915 W Lincoln Ave in Morton Grove, IL 60053. It is open Friday, 2pm-8pm and Saturday & Sunday, 11 am-5 pm.

The Collie is a graceful and intelligent dog known for their loyalty, gentle nature, and exceptional herding abilities. They come in two coat varieties, rough and smooth, with colors ranging from sable and white to blue merle. Collies excel in obedience training and thrive on mental stimulation and physical activity. The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity.
