Capri Sun D10921 *Arriving 5/1* - Collie and Shepherd Dog Available for Adoption

Meet Capri Sun, a member of the Texas Lunch Box crew! Capri gets along with everyone-dogs, cats, kids... you name em, she loves em! She's already doing great with potty training and loves playing with toys, splashing in water, and carrying around her favorite sticks. Capri Sun is curious, affectionate, and happiest when she's part of whatever you're doing.
Capri is also an expert cuddler and is known to curl up right at your feet (sometimes so quietly that you might not even notice she's there). She is a smart and engaging puppy, and should be pretty straightforward to train with consistency!
Capri Sun is looking for a loving family ready to continue her puppy training and shower her with all the affection she deserves. In return, she is ready to be the brightest spot in your day for years to come.

Capri Sun is from Texas. They arrive in Minnesota on 05/01/2026 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 9am and noon. Please plan for their arrival accordingly as we cannot accommodate pickups outside of this time frame. Since they haven't arrived yet, they are available exclusively through Ruff Start's Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Visit our Foster to Adopt Program page to learn more. Once they get to Minnesota, they might require further veterinary care. Ruff Start's veterinary suite is located in Princeton, MN, and, as the foster, you will be required to transport your dog to and from these vetting appointments.

Their protective nature makes them excellent family pets, offering unwavering devotion and a natural instinct to watch over and care for their loved ones. In addition to their remarkable abilities, shepherds are often characterized by their distinctive appearance, including a sturdy build, alert expression, and a signature double coat that provides insulation and protection in various climates.
