Taggie - Cocker Spaniel Dog for Adoption in Land O' Lakes, Florida

Meet Taggie, a young and absolutely adorable girl born August 18, 2024!

Taggie is an outgoing, happy, playful girl with a constantly wagging tail. She loves people, loves to play, and one of her favorite things is chasing a tennis ball. A securely fenced yard would be wonderful for this active girl so she has a safe place to run, play, and enjoy herself.

Taggie came to us as an owner surrender. Her owner worked from home, and Taggies tendency to bark at things became difficult to manage while her owner was working. But lets be honest—Taggie is a dog, and dogs bark! She wasnt surrendered because she is a bad girl. She simply needs a home where her normal dog behaviors are a better fit.

Taggie is very social and loves being around people. Because of her history, we feel she would do best in a home where someone is around much of the time. Being left alone all day could be stressful for her, so we are looking for someone who wants a companion and is happy to have Taggie by their side.

If youre looking for a fun, active, affectionate girl with a wagging tail and a love for tennis balls, Taggie might just be your girl!

Potential adopters must have a verifiable veterinary history and be willing to travel to the Tampa area for adoption if approved. Due to previous experiences, we do not adopt outside of Florida.
