DESCRIPTION
Meet Marla - a darling Cocker Spaniel pup with a big heart and an even bigger love for her people.
Marla is happiest right by your side. She's a total "Velcro dog" who wants to be wherever her human is - whether that's hanging out at home or heading out for a walk. Speaking of walks, she does great on a leash and enjoys getting out and exploring.
She's very food motivated and loves mealtime and snacks (training bonus!), and she's currently working on potty training. With a consistent schedule, she's making good progress and will continue to improve.
Marla does have a bit of a prey drive and enjoys chasing chickens and cats, so a home without small animals would be best for her.
Marla is a sweet, affectionate puppy who just wants love, structure, and someone to stick close to. If you're looking for a loyal little shadow with puppy charm, Marla might be your perfect match.
Fostered in Trempealeau, WI.

ABOUT: COCKER SPANIEL DOG BREED
The Cocker Spaniel is a beloved breed known for its distinct charm, intelligence, and affectionate nature. With origins as hunting dogs, Cocker Spaniels have adapted to become popular family pets due to their playful demeanor and gentle disposition. These medium sized dogs boast a silky coat that requires regular grooming to maintain its luster. Cocker Spaniels thrive on human interaction and make excellent companions for individuals and families alike.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
