He loves other dogs and cats, walks well on a leash, and is medium energy. Carl came in with some dental issues that will be resolved before adoption. He is playful, eager to please, and very food motivated. He's been thriving in his foster home, learning his manners and training with ease. He is a snuggly, happy boy who is just dreaming of a home to call his own!
