DESCRIPTION
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Ollie is an older Lab/Pit mix looking for a new place to lay his head through no fault of his own. Ollie is described as energetic, affectionate, and generally friendly. He gets along well with cats, likes kids, and plays well with other dogs in normal situations. He can be a little timid with new people at first but warms up quickly. He does guard high-value treats or toys from other dogs (not from people).
Ollie is UTD on vaccines, neutered and microchipped. He did have ACL surgery on his back legs about 2 years ago, they did a TPLO and he went through 6 months of hydrotherapy. He has no issues with mobility, he runs, plays, jumps, hops on the couch, just a normal dog at this point.
Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The microchip is transferred to the adopter once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a one-time $15 microchip enrollment fee. Microchips are enrolled with AKC Reunite. Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
