DESCRIPTION
Bitsy is another little puppy who just arrived in a Texas kill shelter. She is estimated to be about 4 months old and weighs 3 pounds. She appears to be a chiweenie mix. Animal control says she is a very friendly little puppy.
If adopted, we will arrange to have her vetted and will bring her to the NJ area on our next transport.
