Sassy is the kind of little dog who walks into a room and quietly decides she's going to figure everything out in her own time.

At just 1 year old, this spayed female Chiweenie Mix is still full of young-dog curiosity—alert eyes, quick little steps, and a big personality packed into a small frame. She came from a situation where stability wasn't part of her world, but she's not dwelling on the past. Sassy is more focused on what's next.

True to her name, she's got a spark of attitude and a playful streak once she feels comfortable. New things might get a thoughtful pause from her at first, but give her a moment and she starts to show her goofy, clever side—the kind that makes you smile when you're not even trying.

Sassy does well with other dogs and can enjoy having canine companions around her. She's ready for a home where she can finally trade uncertainty for routine, and learn what it feels like to just be a dog: safe, loved, and included.

We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications.
