DESCRIPTION
James is a very sweet but still very nervous individual. He came to us from an animal hoarding situation, and just hasn't quite realized we're here to help. He will need an adopter with a lot of patience and love, and would probably do best in a home with another confident dog. He has been on a leash a handful of times and is very very timid about it. He is trying his best and learning a lot about how to be a dog.
