This older gentleman may be hard of hearing, but that doesn't slow him down one bit. He navigates the world with confidence and relies on visual cues, routine, and the kindness of his people.

If you're looking for a professional cuddle buddy, you've found one! This guy loves being close and is happiest curled up beside you for a cozy nap or evening on the couch. He is also currently on daily thyroid medication, which he takes like a champ. He is incredibly food motivated, making training and bonding a fun and rewarding experience.

Gilbert is not a fan of being crated and would much rather spend time with family. He does not like to be alone and would do best in a home where there are people around. He has an affectionate spirit and is ready to fill his forever home with love, loyalty, and plenty of head scratches.
