Meet Carlos! I am a shelter dog out of the Hartford Pound. I am the happiest sweetest little boy ever ! I am a fun, spunky, spirited gut and I would love nothing more than a house full of other dogs or kids or both to romp and play with. I am attentive, well behaved, happy and have a great disposition. My foster mom believes I am about a year old and approximately 10 pounds. He has the body of a Chihuahua, but the personality of a Jack Russell and a long flowing mane like a hyena around his neck and back, and it just gives him that much more character and charm.
