This is Alvin! He is a sweet guy and requires your lap when you sit down. Sorry, but this is non-negotiable. He a 9 yo chihuahua, 7 lbs, UTD on vaccines, neutered and he had a dental so he’s missing some teeth. As you can see from the photo he is hairless on his dark patches. It’s genetic and will never grow in and it makes him unique.
