Snoop: A Loving Eight-Year-Old Tripod Chihuahua

Snoop, is a loving eight-year-old, tripod Chihuahua weighing nine pounds, who joined us from a local shelter. His previous owners surrendered him due to financial difficulties after he was unfortunately hit by a car, resulting in a broken left front leg. Despite their efforts to save the leg through splinting, they ultimately had to part ways with Snoop. The shelter stepped in to provide the necessary medical care, which included amputating his leg and neutering.

Snoop has adjusted remarkably well as a "tripod." He walks beautifully and has integrated seamlessly into his foster dad's pack, displaying good behavior around both dogs and cats. This gentle soul is incredibly quiet and is truly a love-bug. We believe he would also be suitable for families with children.

Fully potty trained, Snoop knows to take care of his business outside and is also trained to use pee pads. He is up to date on all core vaccinations, microchipped, and has tested negative for heartworm and tick-borne diseases.
