DESCRIPTION
Hi there, I'm Margo, a Chihuahua mix looking for my forever home! I am currently in a foster home, and they tell me that I'm doing good. I'm a small girl with long legs, and I have limited use of my back legs. That doesn't stop me. I still romp around the house, love spending time outside (with help), and enjoy crawling into a bed with my foster siblings.
I'm independent and like to do things on my own, though I'll need some assistance going outside while I navigate my mobility. I'm not a super-snuggly girl I take my time to trust, and I'll ask for attention on my own schedule. I'm very food motivated, and I love other dogs. I also get along with cats.
I'll do best with a patient person who can give me space while I build confidence. I love my bed, and I do best with a blanket to hide under. I'll happily put myself to bed. I'll also let you know if you're late with feeding me!
Because I'm still learning and can have accidents, I may need pee pads or a diaper at times, even though I do go outside.
If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared - bring a photo ID, proof of address, and everyone in the home including resident dogs with vaccination history. We are open 11-5 pm.
