Octavia is a 6 mo old Chihuahua mix. Her foster family calls her Lucy. She loves the tiny humans & dogs, definitely demands to be held vs walking, sleeps like a champ, potty trained perfectly now. Only thing she is afraid is adult males so far, but we've been working little by little to hopefully fix this before the adoption event. Octavia will be available for adoption at
