What we know: Two puppies (unrelated) owner surrendered from a local Colorado family. Someone had given them the puppies but their dog did not accept them so they were going to bring the puppies to a shelter. A local rescue contact reached out to get them into rescue before the family resorted to the shelter, and they came to CPR.
From the foster: My bio is coming soon!
