Ruthie is looking for a cozy retirement home! This tiny girl is one of the chihuahuas from the recent hoarding situation and has spent most of her life having babies. That part of her life is over and she is ready to find someone to spoil her. She is the sweetest little lady and loves to cuddle. She needs some help working on her confidence and housebreaking and would greatly benefit from one on one time with a trainer. She currently lives in a foster home with cats, big and small dogs and a toddler and does well with all of them.
