Bri is a sweet, affectionate girl who may be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, she becomes deeply attached to her person. She loves physical touch and will happily climb into your lap for snuggles—she truly finds comfort in being close to her human.

Bri is a high-energy pup who needs an active home with plenty of exercise, toys, and mental stimulation. Without it, she can get bored and a little mischievous. She’s very smart, curious, and eager to learn, already knowing “sit” and “potty,” and will thrive with continued training and structure.

She is about 99% house-trained and does well on a leash. Bri is currently kenneled when left alone and overnight. While she doesn’t love it yet, she settles after a few minutes and is making progress. She will need a patient adopter willing to continue working on crate training and helping her feel secure.

Bri gets along well with other dogs but can be territorial over food, toys, and attention , so continued guidance will be important. She has not been tested with cats or children. She is also very food motivated and may try to sneak snacks if given the chance!

Due to her energy level, separation anxiety, and tendency to be vocal, Bri will require a home with a secure fenced yard . She is not suited for apartment or townhome living.

Bri is a loyal, loving companion who just wants to feel safe and connected. In the right home, she will form an incredibly strong bond and be your constant sidekick.
