Iris - Chihuahua Dog for Adoption in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

Iris came into Animal Control and gave birth to 3 puppies. Newborn puppies and Mama Iris were transferred immediately to our rescue and into foster care.
Iris was a wonderful Mom but not she's ready for a new family; one that gives her all the attention she deserves!
At best guess Iris is around 5 years old. Iris was around other bigger, respectful dogs during her stay in the foster home and once relieved of her nursing duties was totally fine being around them! She did not engage with them or play, she just did her own thing.
Iris does bark when someone new comes to the house but calms right down after determining that they are her friend.
She has not been cat tested, but we feel she would be fine with a cat that is dog savvy.
Iris weighs approximately 12 pounds and will be spayed, microchipped, tested for heartworm and receive all age appropriate vaccines.
